It may soon be illegal to feed feral cats, pigs, other stray animals on Hawai‘i County property

If the Hawai’i County bill is passed, someone caught feeding feral animals, including cats, pigs, chickens and goats, could face a fine of $50 for the first violation and $500 for any additional violations.
